Mr. Oliver, 90, of Red Bank, died Feb. 10, 2012, at home. He had been a resident of Piscataway for many years and was employed during that time as a machine operator and safety inspector at Union Carbide Corp. in Bound Brook. Mr. Oliver served with the U.S. Army during World War II in France and Germany. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary. Mr.

Mrs. Elliot, 96, of Tinton Falls, died Feb. 9, 2012, at Seabrook Village Renaissance Gardens, Tinton Falls. Born in Paris, France, she had lived in London and later in Montreal, where she owned a business that imported children’s knitwear. Mrs. Elliot and her husband, David D. Elliot, moved to Marlboro in 1964, where she lived until moving to Tinton Falls in 2005.

Mrs. Ryan, 89, a resident of King Manor Care Center in Neptune, died Feb. 10, 2012. Raised in Philadelphia, she had resided in Toms River and Chatham before moving to Neptune. Mrs. Ryan was predeceased by her husband, William E. Ryan, in 1974.
