The Freehold Area Running Club would like to hear from women who are interested in training with a group for their first 5K race. If you are interested in starting a running program, but don’t know how to begin, this is an ideal opportunity to train with runners who have a similar goal. The Second Annual 15K Spa and Mountain Challenge and the 3K Mini Challenge to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of New York will be held on April 15 at the Great Gorge Golf Pavilion, Route 94 North, McAfee. The Mountain Challenge has quickly become one of the major adventure running events in the Northeast. Registration is $17 ($15 for USTAF-NJ members) by April 10 with post-registration $20.
