Eatontown named Tree City USA for 13th year
     The National Arbor Day Foundation has announced that Eatontown has been named a Tree City USA for the 13th year. A community must meet four standards to become a tree city: a tree board or department, a tree care ordinance, a comprehensive community forestry program, and an Arbor Day observance.
