Blood center schedules blood drives for June
Central Jersey Blood Center, Shrewsbury, announced the following local blood drives:

• June 7 from 9 a.m.-noon, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 150 River Road, Red Bank

• June 23 from 5:30-9 p.m., UPS Tinton Falls Teamsters Local No. 177, UPS facility, Hope Road

• June 23 from 6-9 p.m., Eatontown Elks, 216 Broad St., Eatontown

June 28 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., a Sea Bright Borough Community Drive at Sea Bright Firehouse, Ocean Avenue. The donation process takes about an hour.

Donors must also complete a medical history interview and have a mini-physical. The mini-physical will include temperature, iron, pulse and blood pressure screening.Interested donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health.

All donors must present identification with signature at time of registration.
