‘An Enchanted Evening’ slated for Dec. 31 Phoenix Productions, Lincroft section of Middletown, will host "An Enchanted Evening" concert Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Studio Theatre, 111 Mon­mouth St., Red Bank.
