WEICHERT’S RICHARD NAGEL HONORED

James M. Weichert, president, announces that Richard Nagel, a sales associate with Weichert, Realtors’ Rumson office, has qualified for the company’s 1999 President’s Club.

Awarded to the top 1 percent of Weichert’s 7,500 sales associates, membership in the President’s Club is the highest annual award bestowed by the company. For recording transactions of more than $11 million, Nagel also won a 1999 award for resale home dollar volume, leading his 14-office sales region in this award category. He also was honored as the office’s top listing and top selling associate.

At the state level, Nagel qualified for gold honors in the 1999 New Jersey State Million Dollar Club. He began the new year by earning the January office award for the greatest number of transaction units.

The Monmouth County Association of Realtors recently honored the 1999 Million Dollar Club Winners at the Ocean Place Conference Center in Long Branch.

Along with this accomplished group were 35 new members of the very prestigious Distinguished Sales Club.

Roberts, Sandy Rosa, Bernadette Ruegg, John C. Ruggeri, Ellen Silver, Patrice Simonetti, Mary Ann Szenzenstein, Edward A. Vespi, and Gloria Wilson.To earn a spot in this elite group, a Realtor needs to have been a member of the Million Dollar Club for 10 years.

MCAR has one of the largest groups of Million Dollar honorees in the state of New Jersey. Thirty-eight Realtors were eligible for the gold level, which requires an average volume of $10 million in sold listings and sales and a minimum of 25 credits for listings and sales; 164 Realtors reached the silver level, achieving an average volume of completed transactions of $5 million and a minimum of 20 credits of listings and sales. The bronze level was achieved by 577 members who completed an average volume of $2 million and a 15- credit minimum in listings and sales.
