     The Tinton Falls Public Library has been selected to receive a Karma Foundation Tipping Point Grant for 2001-02. The Karma Foundation is a New Jersey-based family foundation established by Sharon Karmazin, a retired public library director. The foundation makes grants to many nonprofit organizations.

Free education program for parents to be offered
     New Jersey State Education Commissioner David Hespe invites parents to a special videoconference from 7-8:15 p.m. Jan. 30. The statewide program will be held locally at the Monmouth-Ocean Education Services Commission (ESC) at 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls.
