           A.H. Fisher Diamonds, Red Bank, to remember the three-month anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks, will donate all profits from items sold Dec. 11 from 4-8 p.m. to the Peter T. Milano Scholarship Fund. Additionally, all items will be marked down 20 percent during that time.

           Middletown Township Education Association (MTEA) members who told a Superior Court judge that they would not return to work despite a legal order to do so were remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township.
