     The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Monmouth County, 260 Wall St. (off Industrial Way east), Eatontown, will welcome Santa Claus Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hot cider and donuts will be provided.
