The Brookdale Computer User Group (BCUG) will welcome Dino Thomas, marketing support representative for Olympus, at its next meeting Dec. 20 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be in NAS 100, on the campus on Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown.

Thomas will discuss the entire line of digital cameras and the ultra-zoom series, and will address options for printing pictures from digital cameras.

All BCUG members will receive a free chance to win an Olympus digital camera.

Pre-concert lectures begin Dec. 17

The Monmouth Friends of the New Jersey Symphony will sponsor a free pre-concert lecture Dec. 17 at 8 p.m. at the Monmouth Beach Cultural Center, 128 Ocean Ave. (concert date is Feb. 1).

Additional lectures are: a lecture on Cinderella Jan. 28 at 8 p.m. (concert is Feb. 1), a talk on Symphonie Fantastique Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m. (concert is March 1), and a lecture on Theresienmesse and Requiem March 11 at 2:30 p.m. (concert is March 15).
