Aerials Gymnastics, located in Eatontown, finished out an undefeated season by winning the JOGA Level C State Championships this past weekend. The Level C team is coached by Ally McMahon and Dave Kuhla. Individual state champions from Aerials include Melissa Galbreath, 14 and up age group, floor; Megan McSherry, 10-year-old, beam; Autumn Rauchwerk, 11-year-old, bars; Christina McCahill, 12-year-old, beam; Daniella Bedoya, 8-9-year-old, floor and vault; Sara Kelly, 11-year-old, vault; and Julianne Criscuolo, 12-year-old, floor, vault, and all-around.

Other C team members contributing to Aerials’ undefeated season and state championship are Adrienne Pannullo, 14 and up, fourth all-around; Rebecca Cunningham, 10-year-old, 11th on beam, 14th in all-around; Jessica Ladagga, 13-year-old, seventh in all-around; Holly Miller, 8-9-year-old, third in all-around; Gabrielle Boyer, 8-9-year-old, fourth in all-around; Amanda Newenhouse, 8-9-year-old, fourth in all-around; and Paulina Rodriguez, 11-year-old, 13th in all-around.

The Ocean County Senior Softball League is looking for additional players (born in 1943 or earlier) for teams for the upcoming season. Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30. Call Ray Murphy at 1-888-871-3203 for additional information.
