The hearing before the Sea Bright Planning/Zoning Board on Kara Homes’ application for approval to put a sales trailer on the Tradewinds property, where the company plans to build 20 homes, has been postponed to the board’s meeting on June 24. Kara Homes was not allowed to proceed with its presentation at the board’s June 10 meeting because of an error in address in the notices sent to neighboring property owners. The large exhibits the company plans to submit to the board showing what the sales trailer will look like were left at Borough Hall, and residents may stop in to see them.
