The Monmouth Power Sports Club is looking for dedicated and team-oriented players for its 16- and 17-year-old AAU boys basketball teams for the upcoming season (February-November).

The New Jersey Cheerleading Invitational Competition is seeking squads to compete in the 12th annual statewide event presented by the Girl Scouts of Ocean County on March 6 at Manchester High School. Middle school/junior high squads are scheduled to begin competition at approximately 9:30 a.m., with trophies given out at about noon. The Central Jersey Baseball League is looking for teams for the spring season. The Battle of Monmouth Lady Stallions, a U17 girls’ fall soccer team, is looking for one or two dedicated select players for the future. The Lady Stallions are 15 girls from 11 different high schools who are serious about soccer and were finalists this year in state cup and the National 3 vs. 3 championship in Orlando, Fla., in January.
