Susan Rose Russo

Miss Russo, 54, of Red Bank, died Dec. 1 at home. She was a consultant at AT&T, Middletown. Prior to that, she was an information technologist at AT&T, as well as Lucent Technologies, World Partners and Business Edge Solutions, where she was employed 23 years. She received her bachelor’s degree at City University of New York, and was pursuing advanced studies in the field of geographic information systems. She was a member of the Monmouth Art Alliance, and exhibited her work in local galleries and publications. She also sang at the Red Bank Jazz and Blues Festival, and played several instruments. An avid environmentalist, she coordinated a tree preservation project in Red Bank. She was an accomplished enjoyed nature photographer. She is survived by her parents, Mary and Tony Russo of Fishkill, N.Y.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and C.B. Douglas of Patterson, N.Y., and JoAnne and Ray Reinhardt of Wappingers Falls, N.Y.; a niece; and two nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary Mother of the Church, Fishkill, N.Y. Interment was at Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Arrangements were by Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Homes Inc., Fishkill. A memorial service in Red Bank will be announced.
