Friendly Sons of St. Patrick breakfast set for Feb. 13

The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of the Jersey Shore will hold its 16th annual Communion Breakfast Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. at Doolan’s, Route 71, Spring Lake Heights.

Guest speaker will be Dave Calloway, head coach of the men’s basketball team at Monmouth University, West Long Branch. When on Monmouth’s team, he helped lead it to its second-ever NCAA tournament appearance.

The Rev. Brian Butch of Holy Innocents Church, Neptune, will celebrate the Mass, and Irish entertainer Joe Finn will be leader of song. Nonmembers are welcome to attend. Tickets are $22, and $10 for children age 16 and younger.
