Premiere of ‘Locals Only’ slated for March 23 Clearview Cinema, White Street, Red Bank, will premiere “Locals Only” March 23 at 7 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session, and a second showing at 8 p.m. The documentary looks at surfing localism (ownership of waves), and was made by teachers and staff at Communications High School, Wall, which is part of the Monmouth County Vocational School District.
