The New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark, has announced it is extending the registration deadline for its “Young Artist Talent Search” to Feb. 15.

Applications postmarked Feb. 2-15 must be accompanied by a $20 fee. Approximately 250 openings in six arts training programs will be offered, with auditions March 25 and 26 at the NJPAC. For workshop information or an application, call (973) 353-8009, or visit www.njpac.org.
