Marie Adele Malone MacGregor

Mrs. MacGregor, 69, of Rumson, died May 24 at home. She resided in Short Hills and Monmouth Beach before moving to Rumson 25 years ago. She was the owner and primary artist at Portraits in Pastel. She was also a personal counselor at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, and placement consultant at Prudential of Eatontown, PIC Employment Services, and Maple Career Services. Mrs. MacGregor was a communicant of St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. She was a volunteer and member of the Pacific Opera Company of Monmouth County. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. MacGregor; and a brother, Christopher Malone. Mrs. MacGregor is survived by her companion, Robert Prisco; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert and Lori of Colts Neck, Stuart and Trish of Oceanport, Mark of Red Bank and Ian of New York City; four daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Tom Centanni of Glen Ridge, Pamela and Patrick Sullivan of Chatham, Kristy and Larry Pucillo of Mendham, and Didi and Chris Brignola of Fair Haven; and 18 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. James Church. The John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, was in charge of arrangements.
