Jazz & Blues series in Red Bank, Long Branch

In keeping with its mission to preserve and promote jazz and blues, the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation is continuing its sponsorship of two music series.

“Blues by the Beach,” a series of free performances at the Ocean Place Resort & Spa, 1 Ocean Blvd., Long Branch, will present Ron Sunshine & Full Swing on Feb. 18, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., and on Feb. 25 the Chuck Lambert Band will perform. For information, call (732) 933-0541 or visit www.jsjbf.org.

“Reckless Steamy Nights,” which began as a summer series at the Anthony Reckless Estate in Red Bank, will continue on Feb. 24 with a performance by Tri City Jazz, 8–11 p.m. The suggested donation is $10. Light snacks will be served, BYOB.
