Sean Munson, Little Silver, received a bachelor's degree at the spring commencement exercises for the first graduating class at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, Needham, Mass.

Heather Marie Emley, Oceanport, received a bachelor of fine arts degree at the spring commencement exercises at Adelphi University, Garden City, Long Island, N.Y. A 2002 graduate of Shore Regional High School, West Long Branch, she will pursue a bachelor of arts degree in physical therapy at Adelphi next fall. She is the daughter of Yvonne and Gavin Emley.
