Take a moment to slow down

There is no time for fun, no time to stop, no time to take a deep breath and relax. All there is time for is work, work, more work and rushing around like the Energizer Bunny. Our lives are ones of constant motion. Always moving, always going from A to B to C and around in circles, exhausting ourselves without end. The curtains never fall on this high-speed production.

What if they could? What if we could all stop and take a 10-minute intermission, give ourselves a 10-minute break? Would we really be missing all that much? The world will not pass us by in 10 minutes. It will not end if we pause for a moment.

All we need is a moment. A moment to meditate, to deep breathe, to relax in whatever way feels most comfortable. A moment to slow down.
