Candidates have positive vision for Red Bank

I have seen quite a bit written in this paper regarding the recent Council meetings. I cannot say much about these meetings as I was not there.

I do not have any professional or political agenda to address to the council. What I do have is a 20-year friendship with council candidate Michael DuPont. He has been there whenever I have needed him and provided me guidance over this time. I know Michael has served the citizens of Red Bank in various capacities with this same vigor.

I have had the opportunity to meet Pat Menna and Art Murphy as well. Far from the suggestions that the council members were not interested in citizens' issues and concerns, I found the opposite to be true. I have had numerous discussions with Pat, Art and Michael and they have been very open minded and have followed up with me.

I encourage all citizens to discuss any issues on your mind with the candidates on both sides. If you do, I am sure you find Pat, Art and Michael have a positive vision for Red Bank and are open minded and interested in listening to your views.
