      Monmouth, Ocean, RBR win county relay races
      CBA boys win team title
            Monmouth Regional's sprinters were in peak form Thursday at the Monmouth County Relays. The quartet of Kelly Fisher, Joe Ortiz and Chris and Charles Cox won a pair relay crowns, including a meet record. The championships were held at the new Bennett Indoor Athletic Complex on the campus of Toms River North High School.

      Despite cold, there's still plenty of fish in the sea
            Fishing remains solid, if you can bear the cold - layers, layers and more layers is the answer. With water temperatures dropping into the 40s this week, a few party boats ventured out. Remember, the boats going out in pursuit of the ling, blackfish, mackerel and pollack are the best of the best New Jersey has to offer.

      Sports Shorts
            Aerials Gymnastics, located at 151 Industrial Way East in Eatontown, is starting off its USAG gymnastics season with an outstanding record. Their Level 5 and 7 girls team recently competed in two invitational gymnastics meets in southern New Jersey, placing second in both meets.
