Panter's mobile office to be open April 24
      Assemblyman Mike Panter (D-12) has announced hours in his local mobile office at Seabrook Village, 3002 Essex Road, Tinton Falls. The office will be open April 24 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. to provide residents with access to services that the district office can offer to constituents.

      The Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter and the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey will present "Alzheimer's Disease: Approaches to Care," a free educational program for family caregivers April 10 from 7-8 p.m. at the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey, 176 Riverside Ave., Red Bank.
