      I would suggest the writer ("Iraq war not a result of 9/11" March 29) has replaced fear with denial. While Iraq may not have been directly involved with 9/11, it certainly was a terrorist nation, one that supported terrorism worldwide.

Act locally, or warm globally
      Anytime a problem has the word 'global' in it, it's easy to be frightened off. A global problem is too big for us to impact here at the local level, right? Some New Jersey leaders recognize that global warming is the product of countless local decisions. So it's completely appropriate - and necessary - for us to address the problem locally.
