      FAIR HAVEN - - Borough taxpayers will be asked to approve a $10.8 million spending plan for the 2007-08 school year at the polls next week. The budget proposed by the Fair Haven School District calls for a tax rate increase of 3.16 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, according to Schools Business Administrator Valery Petrone.
