Chicken dinner at Long Branch church June 12
      Asbury United Methodist Church, 61 Atlantic Ave., Long Branch, will hold a roast chicken dinner June 12 from 6-7:30 p.m. The menu will feature a half-chicken, potato salad, an ear of corn, salad, rolls, dessert, coffee, tea, soda and iced tea. Cost is $7, and $4.50 for children age 12 and younger.

      The New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium, Sandy Hook, and the New Jersey Sea Grant Extension Program have teamed up with the state Department of Transportation's I BOAT NJ Program and the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife to produce the "New Jersey Boater's Ramp Guide.
