      TINTON FALLS - The Borough Council introduced an ordinance last week that provides for a special emergency appropriation to fund revisions to the master plan and drafting the ordinances that support them.       Candidates define major issues and challenges

      FREEHOLD - The June 5 primary is over, and all the votes are counted. As anticipated, there were no surprises in the 11th District uncontested primaries for Senate and Assembly seats.       Robert E. Peterson Mr. Peterson, 54, of Marlboro, died June 5, 2007. He owned and operated Solar Interiors Inc. in his hometown, Matawan. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
