Workplace sessions at college begin Sept. 19
      The outreach business and community development department at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown, will offer two five-session programs to help participants get ready to reenter the workplace. "Fast Forward - Your New Path to Workplace Options," is led by a placement counselor and designed for individuals returning to the workplace.

'Rock 'n Ride Bike Tour' set for Sept. 9
      The Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross, Tinton Falls, will host the 10th annual "Rock 'n Ride Bike Tour" on Sept. 9 at Long Beach Island. Riders can bike a 40-mile trek which begins at 9 a.m. or a 10-mile course at 9:30 a.m. Both stretch the length of the island.
