Food allergy group to meet Sept. 12
      The Food Allergy Support Group of Monmouth County (FASGMC) will hold its first fall meeting Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Allergy & Asthma Associates of Monmouth County, 565 Route 35 north, Red Bank. The group will plan its Halloween party, and play food allergy jeopardy with Dr. Tina Zecca of the Allergy & Asthma Associates of Monmouth County. Admission is free.

      The League of Women Voters (LWV) of New Jersey will hold fall workshops Sept. 8 at Tillet Hall, Rutgers University, Livingston. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., and the workshops are open to the public. The opening session will feature the discussion, "Voting Rights of Those in Conflict with the Law.
