Woman's Club of Little Silver to meet Oct. 4
      The Woman's Club of Little Silver, 111 Church St., will hold its next business meeting Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. The club will hold a yard and bake sale Oct. 20 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (rain date Oct. 27). The event will feature household items, clothing, toys and jewelry.

      Monmouth Reform Temple, 332 Hance Road, Tinton Falls, will present "Global Climate Change on You and Your Grandchildren," Oct. 11 from 7-9 p.m. Presenters will be Judy Kramer, trained by the Al Gore Climate Project, and science teacher Nancy Polan.

Society art exhibit opens Oct. 8 in Little Silver
      The nonprofit Art Society of Monmouth County will exhibit artwork by its members at Little Silver Boro Hall, 480 Prospect Ave., Oct. 8-Dec. 23. The juried exhibit is the annual H. & E. Luhrs Show. The Art Society meets the third Wednesday morning of each month at Monmouth Beach Cultural Center, Ocean Avenue.
