For months, almost every issue of the Hub has contained stories and letters, some of the latter very strongly worded, about the plans for replacing the Highlands Bridge. Recently, federal Judge William Walls sentenced a local elected official to serve more time than was expected by certain people. I am sure the judge received the admiration of many people in our county and state. Come the last week in October, several more elected officials and also former employees of Monmouth County are up for sentencing. More ... |
