(Open letter to the mayor and council of Red Bank) It was appalling and embarrassing to read the Hub story about our library renovation in the Oct. 18 edition. In spite of the lack of media attention, approximately 60 people attended the candidates' forum held in the headquarters branch of the Monmouth County Library in Manalapan.
