Mr. Schanck, 41, of Freehold, died Dec. 4, 2007, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. He was born in Long Branch. He owned Extreme Lawn and Landscape, Freehold, for 25 years. He was a member of West Monmouth Baptist Church, Freehold. He was a 1984 graduate of Middletown High School South. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Mary and Charles Schanck; his maternal grandfather, William F. Hunter; and an aunt. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kira Centurione Schanck; a son, Daniel Todd Schanck at home; his patents, Edward and Lynn Hunter Schanck of the Lincroft section of Middletown; a brother and sisterin law, Eric and Kimberly Schanck of Middletown; a sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Michael Donzanti Sr. of Beachwood; his maternal grandmother, Ruth Hunter of Long Branch; his mother- and father-in-law, Daniel and Kay Centurione of Atlanta; three nieces; and a nephew. Interment was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank.
