Loretta G. Hewitt

Mrs. Hewitt, 85, of Middletown, died March 31, 2007, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in New York City, she resided in Deal before relocating to Middletown in 1972. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, John G. Hewitt. She is survived by a sister, Mary Jontry of New York City; two sons and daughters-in-law, John P. and Kate Hewitt of Wiscasset, Maine, and Frank G. and Christine Hewitt of Rumson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne Hewitt Mahlum and Robert Mahlum of Raleigh, N.C., and Jane Hewitt Cole and John Cole of Alexandria, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held at United Methodist Church of Red Bank. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, 1945 Route 33, Neptune 07753.

Megan Eileen Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan, 31, of the Belford section of Middletown, died April 2, 2007, in Greencastle, Pa. Born in Queens, N.Y., she had resided in Belford since 1984. She was a receptionist at KFR Office Solutions Inc., Red Bank. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Quinn of Fair Haven; a daughter, Emily Quinn of Fair Haven; her parents, Evelyn and Alan Sullivan of Belford; a sister and brothers-in-law, Kimberly and Robert Adams of Hazlet; a brother and sister-in-law, Sean and Laura Sullivan of Atlantic Highlands; and her paternal grandmother, Helen M. Sullivan of Titusville, Fla. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.

Robert Timothy "RT" Brazill

Mr. Brazill, 22, of North Beach, Long Beach Island, died March 31, 2007. Born in Long Branch, he resided in Ocean Township, Long Beach Island, and Mayetta prior to relocating to North Beach. He was in partnership, with his father, of Captain Brazill's Marine, Long Beach Island, where he was a marine surveyor and boat hauler. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Asbury Park. He received his certificate in yacht and small craft surveying from Chapman School of Seamanship, Stuart, Fla. He was a member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors. He attended Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown. He had been active in the Wanamassa Cub Scouts, Wanamassa section of Ocean Township. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, John H. Stewart and Robert J. Brazill. He is survived by his parents, Bonnie Stewart Brazill of the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township and Robert C. Brazill of North Beach; a brother, Sean of North Beach; a sister, Kathleen Brazill of Oakhurst; his maternal grandmother, Marjorie Stewart of Tinton Falls; his paternal grandmother, Nancy Brazill of Punta Gorda, Fla.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service was held at Trinity Episcopal Church. Arrangements were by Kedz Funeral Home, Toms River. Memorial donations may be made to Bonnie Brazill, 4 Garfield Ave., Oakhurst 07755. Donations will be made in Mr. Brazill's name to a young girl born with the same medical condition and in need of a kidney transplant.

William Walter Macko

Mr. Macko, 60, of Sayreville, died March 6, 2007, in Willow Creek Care Center, Somerset section of Franklin. His father, Alex Macko, died in 1982. Surviving are his mother, Stella Samuel Macko of Sayreville; a sister, Patricia Cejner of Long Branch; a brother, Robert Macko of Wall; and five nieces and nephews, Christine Gozick, Andrea Sanchez, Joanne Cejner, Jill Macko and Timothy Macko. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Cremation was private.
