Ralph John Ardolino

Mr. Ardolino, 65, of Palm Beach, Fla., died May 31, 2007, in Allentown, Pa. Born in Long Branch, he resided in Allentown, Pa., prior to relocating to Palm Beach. He was co-owner of Simply Simmered Foods, LLC food manufacturer and distributor to retail supermarket chains. Prior to that, he founded RJA Foods Inc., Palm Beach. He also served as alumni director at is alma mater, Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa., until 1973 when he entered the private business sector. He was an avid golfer. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Cathleen Mary Rudgers in 2006; and his father, Daniel Ardolino. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Inese; a son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Barbara of Fair Haven; a daughter and son-in-law, Kari and Kyle Rudgers of Kensington, Md.; his mother, Josephine Ardolino of Long Branch; a sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Robert Perri of Oceanport; his in-laws, Aria and Alexander Brokans of Denton, Md.; and three grandchildren. A funeral service was at the Lutheran Church of Reformation, West Long Branch. Interment was at Mount Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch. Florence R. Regan Mylott

Mrs. Mylott, 92, of Tinton Falls, died May 25, 2007, at Arnold Walter Nursing Home, Holmdel. Born in Jersey City, she resided there until 1960, in Middletown for 18 years, and Toms River 20 years, prior to relocating to Tinton Falls. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold R. Mylott in 1975. She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Marietta Freeman of Red Bank, and Marilyn and Joseph Scagliuso of Tinton Falls; a son and daughter-in-law, John and Maureen Mylott of New Briton, Conn.; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Mary's Church. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Stuart Alexander Edington

Mr. Edington, 89, of Red Bank, died May 21, 2007. Born in West Orange, he resided in Middletown prior to relocating to Red Bank. He was an Assignment Clerk for the Superior Court of Monmouth County, Freehold, for several years, retiring in 1981. He served with the U.S. Army Air corps Counter Intelligence Command during World War II, and was discharged as a Staff Sergeant after the war. He was a member of the Red Bank Elks, and Commander of American Legion Post 168, Red Bank, for more than 40 years. He was a former member of the Red Bank Board of Education, and Parent Teacher Associations in Red Bank and Middletown. He also was active in the Lincroft Boy Scouts. He brought Pony League baseball to Red Bank, and followed that chaired the Red Bank Recreation Commission. He was an avid yachtsman and commodore of the Red Bank Sweepstakes Regatta Association for several years. He was predeceased by his wife, Jean Robertson Edington; a sister, Marcina Savage; and a brother, Wallace C. Edington. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce S. and Donna Edington of Colts Neck, and Brian P. and Barbara Edington of New York City; and a granddaughter. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.

Irma M. McDonald

Mrs. McDonald, 87, of Hazlet, died June 1, 2007, at Regency Park Nursing Center, Hazlet. Born in Wisconsin, she resided in Madison, Wis., and Red Bank, prior to relocating to Hazlet four years ago. She was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, James in 1973. She is survived by a son, Larry of Old Bridge; and three grandchildren. Interment was at Highland Memorial Gardens, Madison, Wis. Arrangements were by Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, Old Bridge.
