Red Bank Artwalk

Art lovers can tour Red Bank's art galleries July 14 during the Red Bank Summer Artwalk.

The self-guided walking tour will take in the fine arts represented at nine galleries downtown, the arts corridor and on the borough's west side.

Fine art in all mediums - paintings, works on paper, sculpture, glass, wood, animation cells and more - will be exhibited at the galleries, which represent diverse mediums and styles of art as well as regional, local and international artists.

The Red Bank Artwalk will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. rain or shine. Maps and gallery listings are available through Red Bank RiverCenter at (732) 842-4244 as well as at participating galleries. The map can be viewed online at www.redbank.com.

Participating galleries:

• Chetkin Gallery, 9 Wharf Ave. International contemporary art with an emphasis on European painters.

• Laurel Tracey, 10 White St., Contemporary American paintings, sculptures and works on paper.

• Art Forms, 16 Monmouth St. 21st century contemporary American art/ masters and emerging work in all mediums.

• McKay Imaging Studio & Gallery, 12 Monmouth St., 2nd floor. Photo gallery featuring contemporary fine art and documentary photography.

• Inheritance Gallery, 30 Monmouth St. Original vintage art posters from around the globe.

• Celebration!, 30 Monmouth St. Original and limited edition 2-D and 3-D animation art from Disney and other studios.

• Art Alliance of Monmouth County, 33 Monmouth St. Co-op gallery dedicated to providing exhibition and studio space for area artists.

• Beacon Fine Arts, 61 Monmouth St. International and eclectic artists working in diverse styles.

• Kingsley (inside the Galleria), 2 Bridge Ave. Diverse selection of fine art by renowned and emerging artists.
