Dorothy Sullivan Coscia

Mrs. Coscia, 76, of Atlantic Highlands, died Aug. 17, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in New York City, she resided there prior to relocating to Atlantic Highlands in 1969. She was a wardrobe supervisor at Joffrey Ballet Company, New York City, for more than 30 years, retiring 12 years ago. She was a member of the Theatrical Wardrobe Union Local 764, New York City. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack in 1968. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Ann Coscia of Red Bank; two daughters and sons-in-law, Arlene and Jules Mayeur of Montross, Va., and Cathy and Ron Lynch of Highlands; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was held at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.

Marion Alcaro Manzi

Mrs. Manzi, 73, of Long Branch, died Aug. 24, 2007, at home. Born in Girafalco, Italy, she was a lifelong resident of Long Branch. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic church, Long Branch. She is survived by her husband, Michael "Spanky" Manzi; a son and daughter in-law, Louis M. and Patti Manzi of Oceanport; two daughters, Cheryl Gervolino of West Long Branch, and Toni Baillie of Long Branch; a sister, Antoinette Manno of West Long Branch; her motherin law, Josephine Manzi of Long Branch; and six grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church. Interment was at Mount Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.

Evelyn L. Mullen

Mrs. Mullen, 82, of Eatontown died Aug. 26, 2007, at Gateway Care Center, Eatontown. Born in Jersey City, she resided in West Long Branch prior to relocating to Eatontown a year ago. She was a communicant of St Michael's Roman Catholic Church, West End section of Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband Harold, and a daughter Evelyn Mitchell Bryan. She is survived by a son Harold Mullen of North Carolina; a daughter, Catherine Jankowski of Bath, Pa; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren. Burial was at Mount Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.

John Preis Nitchie

Mr. Nitchie, 37, of Keyport, died Aug. 14, 2007, at home. Born in Summit, he had resided in Sarasota, Fla., and Middletown before moving to Keyport two years ago. Mr. Nitchie was an aircraft mechanic at Lakehurst Naval Air Station. He is survived by his mother and her husband, Edie and Paul Skerl of Ocean, and his maternal grandmother, Irmgard Preis of Bridgewater. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch. Memorial donations may be made to the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, P.O. Box 93, Eatontown 07724.

Gladys B. Guillaudeu

Mrs. Guillaudeu, 92, of the Belford section of Middletown, died Aug. 25, 2007, at home. Born in Colts Neck, she resided in Holmdel prior to relocating to Belford 73 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Middletown Reformed Church, and a former member of the church choir. She was predeceased by her husband, Floyd O. Guillaudeu Sr. in 1980. She is survived by a son, Floyd O. Guillaudeu Jr. of Middletown. Visitation will be Aug. 29 from 2- 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A funeral service will be Aug. 30 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a service at 10:30 a.m. at Middletown Reformed Church. Burial will follow at Shoreland Memorial Park, Hazlet.
