Air Force Airman Cameron A. Ashe has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. A 2007 graduate of Monmouth Regional High School, Tinton Falls, she is the daughter of Charlotte Hardy of Colts Neck.

Coast Guard Seaman Matthew D. McDonough has graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Center in Cape May. A 2000 graduate of Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School, Rumson, McDonough will join 36,000 other men and women who comprise the Coast Guard's force.
