Rev. Wilson, 77, of Red Bank, died Jan. 9, 2008, at home. He was born in Williamsport, Pa. He was pastor emeritus at Rumson Presbyterian Church from 1970 until retiring in 1997. During retirement, he was the chaplain at RiverviewMedical Center, Red Bank. Prior to that, he was the reverent at various First Presbyterian Churches in Pennsylvania for several years. He was also chaplain to the Rumson First Aid Squad, and former member of Rumson Board of Education and Rumson Country Day School Board of Education. He enjoyed vacations with his family. He is survived by his wife of 54 years,Mary Ellen; a son, Stanley Wilson of Worcester, Mass.; two daughters, Elaine Wilson of Knoxville, Tenn., and Pamela Wilson of Red Bank; and a brother, Richard Wilson of Milford, Mich.
