Valerie Joan Olexsak
      Mrs. Olexsak, 52, of Howell, died Jan. 26, 2008, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Patchogue, N.Y., she had resided in Howell since 1968 and was a 1973 graduate of Howell High School. Mrs. Olexsak was a senior clerk transcriber for the Monmouth County Board of Social Services' Legal Department, Freehold Township, for 19 years before she retired.

Nelson F. Stiles Sr.
      Mr. Stiles, 78, ofMonroe Township, died Jan. 20, 2008, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Summit, he resided in Springfield prior to relocating to Marlboro in 1954. He was employed for 27 years at Monmouth County Correctional Institute, Freehold, retiring as warden in 1993. He served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during the Korean War.
