If you plan to take off from work, remember that this time of year is hard-core due to weather and how many fares actually show up. Always make sure you contact the captain and confirm the night before- and even then, I would have a backup plan.

      The Rutgers men's indoor track and field team competed a handful of student-athletes at the 2008 New Balance Collegiate Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City. Highlighting the Scarlet Knights' performances on the weekend was junior Steve Swern (Mt. Laurel, N.J.) in the 500- meter.
