'K.C.' was one of a kind

Just wanted to thank The Hub/Greater Media for writing such a nice story on the passing of Katherine "K.C." Couslar.

She was one of those unsung heroes here in Red Bank taking care of and helping to feed our town's less fortunate through all her great work at Lunch Break.

A fine woman whose exemplary passion to help others every day of the week serves as a wonderful legacy to her family, friends and fans.

They just don't make people like Mrs. Couslar anymore. She'll be missed by all.
