She was predeceased by her husband, Richard P. West Sr.; a daughter, Diane Mary; and a son-in-law, William Devereaux. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard.       Mr. Ciccotti, 74, of the Cheesequake Village section of Old Bridge, died Feb. 26, 2008, at JFK Medical Center, Edison. He was an inside metal salesman at Vincent Brass and Aluminum, Cranford, for eight years, retiring in 1970. He was predeceased by two sisters, Lila Slimko and Esther Marino; and two brothers, Vincent and Mario Ciccotti.
