      TheRedBankCharter School ran its own version of the Alaskan dog-sled race known as the Iditarod. The race startedMarch 1, as did the charter school's competition known as the "Iditaread." The Iditaread brought the school community together to reach a variety of reading goals during the time the mushers competed in Alaska.
