Mr. Zaccardi, 80, of the Belford section of Middletown, died July 8, 2008, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a driver at Sunshine Biscuit Corp., Woodbridge, retiring in 1994. Prior to that, he was a firefighter for the Jersey City Fire Department from 1959 to 1985. He was predeceased by a son, Thomas Zaccardi, in 1983; and a brother, Michael Zaccardi. More ...
