"Tree & Path" An exhibit of images by Red Bank-based photographer David Kenas is at the Monmouth Beach Cultural Center through Aug.2.

The images represent a broad range of landscapes, architecture, sports action and portraits taken during a recent assignment in Australia.

Kenas' work relies heavily on natural light and capturing the moods of the moment. The Matawan native started his photographic career as a teenager, shooting sports action and was the youngest-ever credentialed photographer at the U.S. Tennis Open. The cultural center is located at 128 Ocean Ave. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. His work can also be seen at www.dkshots.com.
