      Mrs. Bauer, 65, of Little Silver, died Aug. 4, 2008, at home. She is survived by her husband, Klaus J.; and two sons and one daughter in-law, Christian M. Bauer of Sea Bright, and Michael E. and Donna Bauer of Blairstown. Visitation will be Aug. 7 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. A funeral service will be Aug. 8 at 11 a.m.

      Mr. Croft, 93, of Rumson, died July 29, 2008, at Care One at King James Care Center, Navesink section of Middletown. He was an accountant for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 32 years, retiring in 1977. He was predeceased by a brother, John Croft; and a sister, Frances Hollingshead.
