      Walter J. Bruhn
            Mr. Bruhn, 80, of Middletown, died Aug. 16, 2008, at St. Barnabas Hospice at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was an industrial engineer at United Technology for several years. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Madeline Bruhn; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lori and Nigel Morris of Alexandria, Va.

            Mrs. Westphal, of Rumson, died Aug. 13, 2008. She was a Realtor at Hazleton Realty, Rumson, for several years. Prior to that, she was an executive secretary to the director of the United Nations Association, New York City, until her retirement. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Frederick A.

            Mrs. Atkins, 43, of Spring Hill, Fla., and formerly of Keyport, died Aug. 11, 2008, at home. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Raritan Hose Fire Department, Hazlet. She is survived by her husband, James H.; a daughter, Karolann E.; a son, James H. IV; her mother Leonora Jacquot of Brookville, Fla.; her father, Charles A. Jacquot of Brookville, Fla.

      Antonietta "Rita" Carotenuto Lykes
            Mrs. Lykes, 67, of Freehold died at home on Aug. 15, 2008. She was employed by the Asbury Park Press as a proofreader for many years. Mrs. Lykes was predeceased by her husband, Thomas W. Lykes; her parents, Anna and Michael Carotenuto; and two sisters, Lucy Hulak of Freehold and Mary Smith of Toms River.

            Mr. Williscroft, 70, of East Brunswick, died Aug. 11, 2008, in Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City. Prior to his retirement in 1993, he was a machine operator with Anheuser Busch, Spotswood.

      Margaret "Peggy" Goodman Estey
            Mrs. Estey, 88, of the River Plaza section of Middletown, died July 13, 2008, at home. She was the owner of a kinder-gym school in Middletown. She was a principal founder of the Monmouth Players. A memorial service will be held Aug. 23 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank-Tower Hill. Arrangements are by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
