The Monmouth County Audubon Society will hold its next meeting 8 p.m. Sept. 10 at Trinity Episcopal Church, White Street, Red Bank. The public is welcome, and admission is free.

David La Puma, a graduate student at Rutgers University, will discuss radar ornithology. He has been a naturalist guide and has done field research in Costa Rica. His articles on radar ornithology have been featured in publications such as WildBird. He has also developed two Web sites for monitoring bird migration using the Nexrad radar system.
